[Review] - Nice 'Ordinary' Egg Tart

I have had it for quite number of times and it is the best ordinary egg tart thus far. Ordinary? Yes. It looks just as other egg tarts.
The first bite will tell you how crispy the tart crust is then all the egg filling fall in to your mouth with ease. There you go your first tart done. In detail, the filling is soft, creamy and sweet so handle your tart wisely. It is very vulnerable in the middle that I think the centre crust should structurally harder.
Yet, I am seeking for other egg tarts that can impress me better.

Potential: Maintain the goods - remove the bads, number of people who love it will rise
